q. How much does it cost to be listed?
a. We offer a free basic listing that includes: Your name and your
company's name, address and metropolitan area, phone and fax numbers,
email and website links, description of services or credits and a photo
(company logo, product, headshot, etc...). We also offer a fee-based Premium
Services.
q. What are the Premium Services? How much does it cost?
a. Premium Services are additional features available to you for
a small, per feature, fee. A deposit account must be established prior
to using these services ($10.00 minimum). Please refer to the table below
for pricing information:

q. How do I get the top position in my category?
a. Names are listed alphabetically within each category, following
paid listings, which we place at the top of their categories. Paid listings
may start at as little as 1cent. If no one pays more than that in your
category, you would be on top, and be charged 1cent every time someone
clicks on your name or company name. We charge you from money you deposit,
which could be as little as $10.00 and notify you when the account gets
below an amount you specify.
q. My name/company name is already in the search engine, but I don't have my username or password. How do I retrieve it?
a. You may click
here to receive your login information by email. If the email we have
for you is incorrect, please Contact Us
noting both the correct and incorrect emails. Similarly, if you would
prefer that we remove your information from our website, please send us
an email and let us know.
q. I've placed a bid on my category but my name doesn't come up where it should be. What's wrong?
a. If your account balance drops to $0, you'll be notified, and we'll
temporarily drop you to your alphabetical order until you recharge your account
and reset your bid price.
